Parking situation is quite challenging!!! The noise from passing trains is unbearable, ruining any chance of a peaceful night!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired with visible stains, and outdated bathroom facilities need immediate attention!!!

I had a lovely room with a spacious bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the beautiful nearby walks along the Thames and enjoying cozy meals at charming local restaurants just a few steps away.

I loved the location, just a short walk from the train station. The room was quite spacious and had a lovely four-poster bed, which was a delightful surprise. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. Staff were welcoming and eager to help. Sadly, the bathroom showed its age and could use an update. The room also got quite stuffy, making it uncomfortable at times, especially without a fan. The absence of breakfast options was a letdown, but thankfully, a great cafe was right across the street. I'm happy I stayed here, but addressing those issues would make a huge difference.

The George is mere steps from a bevvy of local eateries! I loved the grilled vegetables at Lina Tandoori—absolutely killer. Plus, the quick hop to The Mad Duck Cafe for breakfast capped off my mornings perfectly. Staff...

The location is also great for exploring the area. breakfast options could be improved as the dining experience was just average.

They have great relaxation options like a lovely garden and a small spa area that helped me unwind. Just a heads-up, it took a bit longer for service at the bar, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊
